At City Furs, every garment is individually handcrafted to order by our skilled artisans. This made-to-order approach ensures exceptional quality, meticulous craftsmanship, and attention to every detail.

Made to Order

All of our fur coats and garments are made to order. Once your order has been placed, our team begins crafting your piece specifically for you.

Production and dispatch take up to 14 business days.

Shipping

Once your order has been completed, it will be carefully inspected, securely packaged, and shipped using a trusted courier service.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times vary depending on your location:

United Kingdom: 3-5 business days
Europe: 3–5 business days
United States & Canada: 5–7 business days
International: 5–7 business days

Please note that these delivery estimates begin after your order has been completed and shipped.

Order Tracking

Once your order leaves our workshop, you will receive an email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your shipment from dispatch through to delivery.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
